A panel discussion on the topic “Agrarian ecosystem and artificial intelligence in the regions: problems, solutions and real opportunities for startups” was organized within the framework of the “Caspian Agro Week” exhibition
A panel discussion on the topic “Agrarian ecosystem and artificial intelligence in the regions: problems, solutions and real opportunities for startups” was organized within the framework of the “Caspian Agro Week” exhibition, organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture.
 
The main purpose of the panel discussion was to discuss the possibilities of applying innovative approaches, especially artificial intelligence technologies, in the development of the agrarian sector in the regions, to identify existing problems and evaluate real solutions in this direction.
 
During the discussions, issues such as the role of Acceleration and Incubation Centers in the agrarian startup ecosystem in the regions, the level of development of the agrarian ecosystem in the regions, the possibilities of applying technological solutions, the current state of the innovation infrastructure, human resources and access to financial resources were extensively analyzed. At the same time, views were exchanged on the existing opportunities for startups operating in the agrarian sector, factors affecting their development and strengthening the investment climate.
 
The panel was attended by representatives of the Agrarian Innovation Center, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, Sabah.angels investors' club, Baku Engineering University Technopark, Azerbaijan State Agrarian University Innovation Center, National Aviation Academy and Baku State University.
 
The importance of cooperation between the public-private sector and the academic environment was particularly emphasized within the framework of the panel, and it was noted that the expansion of innovation-oriented initiatives will contribute to the sustainable development of regions.
 
At the end of the discussions, it was noted that expanding the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the agricultural sector, strengthening the innovation ecosystem in the regions and promoting startup activities are among the priority areas.
